If you are interested in booking with Travengers, we may ask you to fill in forms to provide us with details for booking purposes, and in order to provide correct and safe support for a traveler. We care about your privacy and the information you provide will only be shared with Travengers’ staff or contractors relevant to provide you the correct services, and/or be used in a booking process.

In addition, we may use your contact information to market to you, and provide you with information about, our products and services, including but not limited to our Service. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such information or communications from us, you can contact Travengers through our Contact button, contact details, or reply to our email, and we will remove you from our emailing list.

Online Social Group
 

If you sign up and participate in our virtual social group (video call), you are responsible for the information you share in the group. If you do not want to disclose your full name, you can decide to change the name before entering the video call. If you do not want to show yourself, you can enter with the video turned off. 
 

No recording will be done by the host without permission. The host or others in the group may take photos during the video call. The host will advise the group if they take a photo, and you can choose to turn your camera off while the photo is being taken. If you do not want your photo taken, you must advise the host prior to, or during the video call. 
 

Travengers will not be responsible for any sharing of personal information between participants during or after a video call, or any events occurring from such an event.

Our Site may contain links to other websites. The fact that we link to a website is not an endorsement, authorization or representation of our affiliation with that third party. We do not exercise control over third party websites. Our Policy Towards Children
 

The Site offers services to people down to the age of 15. However, the site form is not directed to persons under 18. If a potential customer is interested in the services but are under 18, we ask that the subscription is made by a parent or guardian. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personally identifiable information without their consent, he or she should contact us at agnes@travengers.com.au. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal identifiable Information, we will notify the child and delete such information from our files, and prompt parent or guardian to make the subscription instead.
